Class of 2025 Prom Information

  • Junior Prom is June 7th from 5 – 10 pm at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area.
  • Theme: Black Tie. This is for decoration purposes only. Although formal dress is required, you do not have to dress for the theme.
  • Skyride is from 5pm – 6pm only. This takes about 20 minutes round trip. The last ride leaves at approximately 5:40pm, so be sure to show up early if you want a ride.
  • June 7th is a full day of school. If you want to be dismissed early, you MUST have a note into the office no later than Thursday morning, June 6th. The office will start accepting notes on Monday morning. Because of the substantial number of students expected to be dismissed on Friday, you must get your note in as soon as possible to give the front office enough time to prepare dismissals. Dismissal notes will be accepted on Friday, but if you wait until then to turn your note in, you should expect there will be a delay in your release due to the high volume of students that will need to be processed. The best plan of action is to get your dismissal note in on Monday! If you are being dismissed and driving with another student, you must have that information written in your note and the other student must have that in their note as well.
  • Remember: Students must attend school until at least 11 a.m. on Friday June 7th in order to attend Prom.
  • Prom ticket sales will begin on or around May 20th . Ticket price is $65/each.
  • Students who plan to bring a non-Bay Path student to Prom must complete a REQUEST TO ATTEND A BAY PATH R.V.T.H.S. FUNCTION form which can be found at the following link: Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School . You cannot purchase a ticket for your guest until they are approved.
  • Your class dues must be fully paid through Junior year before you can purchase a Prom ticket. The schedule of dues is:
    • Freshman - $10
    • Sophomore - $20
    • Junior - $30
    • Senior - $40
  • Contact Mrs. Ostiguy in room 132 or 133 or via email at ta.ostiguy@baypath.net if you are not sure how much you owe for dues or have any other questions.
  • Class dues can be paid to Mrs. Ostiguy in Health Technology (rooms 132 & 133). Dues will also be collected during lunches the week of May 5th.

Driving to School

No student will be allowed to drive on campus without a 2023-2024 school issued parking permit.  Anyone who shows up on campus driving a car, and does not have a 2023-2024 school issued parking permit, will be sent home. It is imperative that all students adhere to this policy.  This especially applies to the first day of school.  Your failure to adhere to this policy will be taken into consideration when reviewing your application for a parking permit.
